Patients should check in from their cars. We will let you know when it is safe to come into the office.

This curbside check-in method allows us to minimize the amount of patients in our lobby at one time.

If you or anyone you have been around in the last 7-10 days have displayed the following symptoms, please call our office directly to reschedule.

** When you’ve been notified to come inside, a patient care coordinator will meet you at the check in desk to complete a COVID-19 questionnaire and record your temperature.
